Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Availability for part-time or full-time shifts, including mornings, evenings and weekends.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers to ensure they have a positive experience.
• Help customers order their meals and choose menu options.
• Prepare McDonald’s World Famous food according to standards.
• Partner with Crew and Managers to meet daily goals and keep the restaurant clean.
• Provide friendly service and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
