McDonald’s seeks a Crew Team Member in California to connect with customers, take orders, and prepare McDonald’s World Famous food in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.

Responsibilities include delivering friendly service, collaborating with teammates to meet daily goals, and keeping the restaurant clean and welcoming. Training programs and growth opportunities are provided through Archways to Opportunity, with tuition assistance and English language courses.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older to work at McDonald’s
• Must be a legal citizen
• Must obtain a California Food handler Card verified by an accredited source prior to Orientation

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers to ensure they have a positive experience
• Help customers order their favorite McDonald’s meals
• Prepare all of McDonald’s World Famous food
• Partner with other Crew and Managers to meet daily goals and have fun
• Keep the restaurant looking fantastic
