Job summary

McDonald’s Wheelersburg is hiring a Crew Team Member to join our fast-paced, team-oriented restaurant. Starting pay is $10 per hour with both full-time and part-time shifts available, plus flexible scheduling to fit around school or other commitments.

You'll greet customers, take orders, help prepare World Famous menu items, and work alongside teammates to maintain cleanliness and food safety. No prior restaurant experience required—we’ll train you. Growth into Crew Trainer and Management awaits.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a Crew Team Member, you’ll be an important part of keeping our restaurant running and taking care of our customers. Depending on your position and training, you’ll:

• Greet customers and provide friendly, fast service

• Help customers order their favorite McDonald’s meals

• Prepare McDonald’s World Famous food

• Work alongside Crew Members and Managers to achieve daily goals

• Keep work areas, equipment, lobby, and restaurant clean and organized
