Hughes Family McDonald's in Prichard, AL is seeking Crew Members to join our team. If you enjoy customer service and fast food, you can grow with us.

The ideal candidate has a willingness to learn, communicates well, and can be dependable in a busy environment. As a Crew Member you will greet guests, assist with ordering, help cook and assemble menu items, work with teammates to meet daily goals, and keep the restaurant clean and welcoming.

Responsibilities

The Crew Member's responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Connect with customers to ensure they have a positive guest-experience

• Assist customers with ordering their favorite McDonald's meals

• Cook and Prepare McDonald’s World-Famous food

• Partner with other Crew and Managers to meet daily goals and have fun

• Keep the restaurant looking fantastic
