Job summary

McDonald’s franchisee owned restaurant is seeking Crew Members in California to join the team. Flexible shifts include full-time and part-time options, with a pay range of $20–$21.50 per hour and opportunities for training, advancement, and benefits.

You'll lead guest experiences, assist customers with orders and recommendations, and help maintain a clean, welcoming environment while collaborating with your team to meet goals and have fun.

You must be 16 years of age or older to work as a Crew Member at McDonald’s.
