What You'll Do
As a Crew Member, you'll help create a great experience for every customer while working as part of a team. Your responsibilities may include:
Greeting and assisting customers with a friendly, positive attitude
Taking orders and helping customers choose their favorite meals
Preparing McDonald's menu items according to food safety and quality standards
Working with Crew Members and Managers to meet daily restaurant goals
Keeping work areas, dining areas, and the restaurant clean and welcoming
Following safety, sanitation, and operational procedures
Learning new skills and taking advantage of opportunities to grow
No restaurant experience is required. We provide training and support to help you succeed.
What We're Looking For

You should be:
Friendly, dependable, and willing to work as part of a team
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Willing to learn new skills and take direction
Able to provide positive customer service
Able to work the scheduled shifts you commit to
Minimum age: 16 years old for Crew Member positions.
Crew Members must be able to remain active on their feet for extended periods and be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation where applicable.
