Job summary

flyExclusive is hiring a Crew Scheduler in Raleigh, NC to join an operations scheduling team. The role ensures all aircraft are crewed for maximum fleet utilization and monitors positioning days to arrange travel for selected crew members.

Will require weekend, on-call rotation and possible holiday work. The position emphasizes accuracy, timely communication with pilots, and adherence to FAA crew-time regulations.

Qualifications

  • H.S. Diploma or GED required.
  • 1–2 years of customer service experience; airline or aviation experience preferred.
  • Experience with aviation industry, especially FBOs/private aviation.
  • High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Experience with sourcing and using database software.
  • Familiarity with airline scheduling software and travel booking sites.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain flight crew schedules for Part 135 airline operations.
  • Input and validate data in airtable for aircrew schedules, training, PTO, and leaves.
  • Coordinate with Flight Control to book daily aircrew travel and adjust for schedule changes.
  • Coordinate crew swaps and notify crew of swap plans and itineraries.
  • Coordinate with training to ensure crew currency prior to travel.
  • Monitor flight and duty times for legal compliance.
  • Attend daily OCC meetings to share scheduling information.
  • Other duties as assigned; uphold flyExclusive values.

Job Summary

The crew scheduler will work within an operations scheduling team to ensure all aircraft are crewed to ensure maximum utilization of fleet. The crew scheduler will monitor positioning days to ensure travel is arranged and all travel aspects are addressed for the selected crew member. This position requires weekend, on-call rotation and potential holiday work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and maintain flight crew schedules for Part 135 airline operations
  • Input and validate accurate data in airtable for all aircrew schedules, training events, PTO or other leave events.
  • Integrate with Flight Control to book all aircrew daily travel in a timely manner, maintaining flexibility to cancel and adjust travel due to rapid schedule changes.
  • Integrate with Sceduling Department to efficiently accomplish crew swaps and notify crew members of swap plan and itinerary.
  • Coordinate with training department to ensure crew currency prior to crews traveling
  • Verifying legality of pilot flight and duty times while scheduling flight crews
  • Coordinate travel for crew swaps and IOE
  • Provide pilots with timely and accurate communication on their travel arrangements and changes
  • Set up pilot traveler profiles including credit card and loyalty information
  • Attend daily OCC Meetings to provide accurate crew scheduling information to other departments
  • Projects /Other duties, as assigned
