• Perform opening responsibilities like salad preparation and cleanliness.
• Handle pre-closing tasks including cleaning and stocking.
• Execute closing procedures such as cleaning grill and washing dishes.

Crew members will be trained to work a variety of positions, such as:

• Opening responsibilities (i.e. salad preparation, pulling product from the freezer, clean and sanitize, empty trash)
• Pre‑closing responsibilities (i.e. cleaning and stocking)
• Closing responsibilities (i.e. cleaning grill, vacuuming, washing dishes)

Minimum Qualifications (include, but not limited to):

• At least 16 years of age
• Willing to work long periods of standing without a break
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, incl weekends and holidays
