Job summary

Boddie-Noell Enterprises, the largest Hardee’s franchisee in the United States, is hiring a Restaurant Crew Member to deliver friendly service, prepare quality products, and maintain cleanliness across shifts.

No prior experience is required as training is provided. You will join a fast-paced team and help ensure a welcoming dining environment for guests while supporting store operations.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years or older.
• Physically able to lift up to 60 pounds and stand/walk for long periods.
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Be consistent, reliable and cheerful.

Responsibilities

• Smile and greet guests.
• Ensure guests receive quality products.
• Interact with customers in a pleasant and upbeat manner.
• Keep the work area clean, organized and stocked (dishes, sweeping, mopping, trash, restrooms).
• Be punctual, attentive to detail and respectful of colleagues.
