Responsibilities

• Washes and prepares raw food ingredients, follows recipes from printed cards or memory.
• Operate power driven machinery to prepare ingredients.
• Cook, sauté, boil and fry food products.
• Ensure food is cooked, reheated, cooled to safe temperatures, dated, rotated and stored per health regs.
• Demonstrate complete understanding of the menu.
• Assist with serving orders while tending to guests' needs.

Your Key Responsibilities:
