Job summary

Pacific Pie, Inc. operates multiple Domino's locations in and around Spokane, WA, and is seeking a Part-time Store Customer Service Rep. This role focuses on friendly service, accurate order taking, and maintaining a clean store environment.

Responsibilities include preparing products, handling customer interactions, assisting with promotions, packing orders for customers and drivers, and delivering orders to drivers. Evening and weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily. • Be no less than Sixteen(16) years of age, preference given to candidates over 18.
• Must be available to work evenings until 9pm and weekends
• Ability to pass applicable Companybackground checks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills as needed in interactions with management, and customers, take and process orders.
• Superb ability to multi-task
• Ability to function in a dynamic, fasted paced environment.
• Ability to adjust to changing priorities.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Ability to take orders over the counter or phone.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator). Must be able to make correct monetary change.
