Job summary

Quality Brand Group LLC is hiring Crew Members to deliver friendly guest experiences at Dunkin’ locations across Colorado. You will prepare products to standard, work as part of a fast-paced team, and contribute to a clean, welcoming store.

This role can be part-time while you study or a pathway toward management based on your goals and performance. We value reliability, customer service, and a positive attitude.

Qualifications

• Must have basic computer skills; some training is conducted online.
• Have basic math skills to be capable of counting money and making change.
• Be physically and mentally capable of learning to operate standard restaurant equipment (lift 30–50 lbs).

Responsibilities

• Arrive on time and ready at the start of your shift.
• Treat team members and guests with respect and dignity.
• Follow the store's communication guidelines.
• Respond positively to coaching and feedback with a passion for learning.
• Be accountable for your responsibilities on shift.
• Learn and be capable of executing multiple tasks.
• Deliver great and friendly guest experiences in a clean, fast-paced environment.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines and company standards.
