Job summary

Dunkin' is hiring Crew Members to deliver great guest experiences in a fast-paced environment. You will prepare products according to brand standards, serve with enthusiasm, and work with a team to meet guests' needs.

We are looking for Crew Members to join our Dunkin' team! Crew Members are responsible for delivering great and friendly guest experiences. They prepare products according to operational and quality standards and serve them with enthusiasm in a clean, fast paced environment. They work as part of a team to meet our Guests’ needs and give them a reason to come back.

Responsibilities:

Team Environment:

• Work well and interacts with others respectfully

• Complete all jobs and responsibilities before end of shift.

Operational Excellence:

• Provide great guest service

Profitability:

• Execute restaurant standards and marketing initiatives
• Handle POS transactions and payments with accuracy
