Job summary

Arby's Harrisville is hiring for a Night Crew team member to operate the restaurant on a night-to-night basis, delivering friendly, fast service and high-quality food to guests.

You’ll join a team that values smiles, meatcraft pride, and exceptional guest experiences, with opportunities to grow within a fun, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least fourteen (14) years of age
• Availability to close at least 1 night Sunday - Thursday plus Friday or Saturday

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a team to provide service to our guests.
• Operate in accordance with established performance and operating standards as set out in the OSM and Team Member Handbook.
• Serve our customers quality food.
• Meet or exceed all service standards.
• Present a pleasant, good-natured attitude to every customer.
• Replenish and rotate supplies.
• Keep the parking lot, lobby, dining room, kitchen, and restrooms clean.
• Arrive for work on time on those days designated on the schedule.
• Be dressed in a clean and proper uniform.
• Perform such other duties, as directed by the manager.
• Maintain an attitude of flexibility that allows performance above and beyond the parameters of this position description.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be at least fourteen (14) years of age
• Except when restricted by age, must be available to close at least 1 night Sunday - Thursday plus Friday or Saturday
