Juniper Landscaping is hiring Crew Members for our Landscape Maintenance teams in the Harrisburg area. Crew Members perform work on job sites in a safe, quality-focused manner to deliver beautiful outdoor spaces for our clients.

Work includes mowing, edging, pruning, planting, sod installation, mulching, and debris removal, using hand and power tools. Join a growing company with a strong regional presence and values-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Mowing turf, edging, and blowing.
• Pruning shrubs and low tree branches.
• Planting and maintaining flower beds.
• Laying sod and pulling weeds.
• Applying mulch and debris cleanup.
• Using hand tools, power tools and equipment for landscape duties.
• Digging trenches and holes and moving soil/materials.

Responsibilities

• Mowing turf, edging, and blowing


• Pruning shrubs and low tree branches


• Planting and maintaining flower beds


• Laying sod


• Pulling weeds


• Applying mulch


• Picking up trash or debris


• Using hand tools, power tools and/or equipment to perform landscape duties


• Digging trenches and holes


• Moving soil, equipment, and materials


• Performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
