Job summary

Wendy's of Western Virginia is seeking energetic Crew/Team Members for locations across Roanoke and Lynchburg. You will greet customers, take orders, handle payments, prepare ingredients, assemble orders, and maintain a clean, safe dining area.

Flexible hours and competitive wages start at $12.00 per hour, with meal discounts, extensive training, and advancement opportunities. Positions are in-person, with both part-time and full-time options.

Wendy's Is Now Hiring Crew/Team Members in YOUR Local Area! Wendy's of Western Virginia, a locally owned franchise, with 14 restaurants is always looking for new energetic Crew/Team Members! At your Wendy's, you will assist your team at one of our many restaurants across Roanoke and Lynchburg. Key responsibilities include greeting customers in the dining room or drive-thru, taking and ringing up orders, food service, handling payment and thanking customers. You'll also prepare and store food ingredients, assemble food and beverage orders, check to make sure they're correct, and maintain a clean, safe work and dining environment.
