Job summary

McDonald’s is hiring a Crew Team Member to join our restaurant. You’ll welcome customers, take orders, prepare World Famous food, and work with a friendly team to meet daily goals in a fast-paced setting.

You must be 16 years or older and ready to learn through Archways to Opportunity and on-the-job training. We offer part-time and full-time schedules with opportunities for growth in a supportive franchisee environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older to work as a Crew Member.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced team environment.
• Ability to connect with customers and provide a positive experience.
• Availability for part-time or full-time shifts, including breakfast, lunch, late nights, weekends.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers to ensure they have a positive experience
• Help customers order their favorite McDonald’s meals
• Prepare all of McDonald’s World Famous food
• Partner with other Crew and Managers to meet daily goals and have fun
• Keep the restaurant looking fantastic
