Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older to work as a Crew Member.
• Available for both weekdays and weekends.
• Willingness to learn and grow through training programs (Archways to Opportunity).

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers to ensure a positive experience.
• Assist customers with ordering and menu selections.
• Prepare all World Famous McDonald's food items.
• Collaborate with Crew and Managers to meet daily goals.
• Keep the restaurant clean and presentable at all times.
