McDonald’s is seeking a Crew Team Member to join our restaurant in a fast-paced environment. You will greet customers, take orders, and prepare McDonald’s World Famous food while working with a team to meet daily goals.

This role offers training through Archways to Opportunity and opportunities to grow as part of the McDonald’s family. You must be 16 years of age or older to work as a Crew Member at McDonald’s.

Qualifications

• No formal degree required; emphasis on attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow training.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers to ensure they have a positive experience
• Help customers order their favorite McDonald's meals
• Prepare all of McDonald’s World Famous food
• Partner with other Crew and Managers to meet daily goals and have fun
• Keep the restaurant looking fantastic
• Demonstrates strong multitasking skills by performing a variety of tasks throughout the shift
• Capable of safely lifting and carrying items weighing up to 25 pounds.
