Job summary

Popeyes in the United States seeks enthusiastic, dependable Team Members to deliver friendly guest service, prepare delicious food, and help create a fun, positive atmosphere for guests and coworkers.

You will greet guests, take orders, cook menu items to brand standards, maintain cleanliness, stock supplies, and follow safety guidelines while collaborating with the team to meet daily goals. Training is provided for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Restaurant, retail or customer service experience is a plus, but training is provided.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a smile and a positive attitude, ensuring they feel welcome.
• Take guest orders accurately and operate the cash register efficiently.
• Prepare and cook Popeyes signature menu items according to brand standards.
• Ensure all food is fresh, properly presented, and delivered in a timely manner.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness, including dining areas, kitchen, restrooms, and exterior.
• Stock supplies and keep workstations organized and clean.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines at all times.
• Collaborate with team members and managers to meet daily operational goals.
• Assist with deliveries, inventory, and other back-of-house tasks as needed.
• Lift and carry items (up to [insert weight, e.g., 30-50 lbs]) and stand for extended periods.
