R&A Restaurants, Inc. is hiring for a Crew Team Member at a McDonald’s restaurant. You will welcome customers, take orders, prepare World Famous menu items, and work with a team to deliver fast, friendly service.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Crew member opportunities are available practically anytime: breakfast, lunch, late nights, weekends, and/or overnights.

Responsibilities

• Always follow food safety procedures
• Connect with customers to ensure they have a positive experience
• Help customers order their favorite McDonald’s meals
• Prepare all of McDonald’s World Famous food
• Partner with other Crew and Managers to meet daily goals and have fun
• Keep the restaurant looking fantastic
