Job summary

McDonald’s Restaurants Limited is seeking Crew Team Members for McDonald’s restaurants operated by independent franchisees. You’ll engage with customers, assist with ordering, and help prepare World Famous McDonald’s food in a fast-paced team setting.

Qualifications

• Must have outstanding attitude, willingness to learn and grow, and ability to excel in a fast-paced, team environment.
• 16 years of age or older to work as a Crew Member; 14/15 with a valid school work permit.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers to ensure they have a positive experience
• Help customers order their favorite McDonald’s meals
• Prepare all McDonald’s World Famous food
• Partner with other Crew and Managers to meet daily goals and have fun
• Keep the restaurant looking fantastic
• Perform a number of different tasks every day; not all functions listed
