Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is hiring Crew Members to join our team in delivering real food with exceptional service. You’ll receive thorough training and have clear opportunities to advance from entry roles to supervision, with a supportive, fast-paced environment.

Starting pay includes a base range of $15.25–$16.25 per hour and a benefits package. We welcome candidates with a friendly attitude, a desire to learn, and the ability to work across stations from grill to cashier.

Qualifications

• Friendly, enthusiastic attitude required.
• Passion for helping and serving others (customers and team).
• Desire to learn how to cook and work at multiple stations (grill, cashier, prep, salsa, expo).
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location.
