Job summary

Rusty Taco is seeking a dedicated Crew Member to join our team at our Colorado location. You will prepare and cook food to recipe standards, greet guests, and ensure accurate order fulfillment while maintaining a clean, organized workspace.

You will follow safety and sanitation guidelines, work across stations, and support teammates to deliver a great customer experience with friendly service and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Food Handlers/Food Safety Certification.
• Responsible Alcohol Service Certification, where applicable.
• Previous retail or restaurant experience.
• Proven customer service track record.
• Adaptable to change.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food following recipes and maintain preparation processes.
• Greet customers and interact with them to take orders and prepare meals.
• Operate cash register/POS and manage customer transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstations and back of house.
