Job summary

Culver’s in Wisconsin is hiring team members for year-round positions. We’re looking for staff who are at least 16 years old, able to work until 10:30 PM on select shifts, and available on weekends. Training is provided in various positions, and you’ll join a friendly, close-knit crew.

We offer paid starts at $15 per hour, free uniforms, flexible hours, and meals at no or reduced cost. This role is a hands-on customer service position with plenty of opportunities to learn and grow while helping

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Able to work until 10:30 PM on some days and weekends.
• Available year-round with flexibility for shifts.
• Training provided in multiple positions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ButterBurger to order and assist guests.
• Scooping and serving flavors of the day.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming dining area.
• Provide friendly, efficient customer service.
