Job summary

Pay varies by age group: minors 14–15 ($9–$10), 16–17 ($10–$11), 18+ ($10.50–$12) per hour. Benefits include health, 401(k), tuition plus, and meal benefits. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work scheduled shifts.

Qualifications

• The DReaM Team hires ages 14+.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs and use hands to prepare sandwiches.
• Display drive, punctuality and responsibility in working scheduled shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide great service to customers to meet hunger needs and support community impact.
• Design our meatiest sandwiches and slice meats (for ages 18+).
• Maintain a clean, safe environment for teams and customers.
• Take and prepare orders efficiently to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Build positive relationships with customers and coworkers.
