Job summary

McDonald's Restaurants Limited seeks a Crew Team Member. You will connect with customers to ensure a positive experience, help with order taking, and prepare all World Famous McDonald's foods in a fast-paced environment.

You'll team with Crew and Managers to meet daily goals, keep the restaurant looking fantastic, and participate in training and Archways to Opportunity programs offering high school completion courses, upfront college tuition assistance and English Language courses.

Qualifications

• Crew member responsibilities include engaging customers and ensuring a positive experience.
• Assist customers with ordering and preparing World Famous McDonald’s foods.
• Collaborate with crew and managers to meet daily goals and maintain a clean, welcoming restaurant.
• Must be at least 16 years old and eligible to work in the U.S.
