Job summary

McDonald's is seeking Crew Team Members for our Chesnee, SC restaurants. You will greet customers, take orders, and help prepare and present McDonald’s iconic menu items in a clean, welcoming space.

No prior experience is required as comprehensive training and Archways to Opportunity programs are provided. You can work part-time or full-time with flexible scheduling and opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively and anticipate customer needs.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, team environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the experience: Check in with guests and make sure they are enjoying themselves.
• Help customers order their favorite McDonald’s menu items and/or make menu recommendations.
• Prepare and present delicious food.
• Partner with other Crew and Managers to meet daily goals and have fun.
• Keep the restaurant looking fantastic.
