Dairy Queen - BDQ Inc in Blaine is seeking a positive, energetic Crew Member/Chill Staff to join our team and deliver exceptional customer service in a fun, fast-paced environment.

Applicants should be able to assemble and present completed treat orders, stock items, and maintain all customer areas. Report to Management Staff and Shift Leaders and grow with our brand while making positive memories in the local community.

Responsibilities

• Communicate clearly with co-workers to ensure correct orders.
• Prepare treat products following health and safety standards.
• Be pleasant and alert to customer needs.
• Operate and maintain restaurant equipment safely.
• Work as a team to ensure quality, service, cleanliness, and value.
• Stock and organize items; move supplies as needed.
• Rotate products properly and manage chill area stock.
• Complete prep work for stocking and setup of the chill area.
• Control food production processes.
• Clean and sanitize work areas and equipment at day end.
• Assist with park­ing lot pickup and maintenance tasks as needed.
• Report problems to supervisor promptly.
