Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older to work as a Crew Member (14/15 with valid school work permit).
• Outstanding attitude, willingness to learn and grow, capable of excelling in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers to ensure a positive experience.
• Help customers order their favorite McDonald’s meals.
• Prepare all of McDonald’s World Famous food.
• Partner with other Crew and Managers to meet daily goals and have fun.
• Keep the restaurant looking fantastic and welcoming for guests.
• Greet guests and communicate with them while ordering; assist as needed.
• Check with guests after service to ensure satisfaction and address concerns.
