McDonald’s Restaurants Limited is seeking a friendly Crew Team Member for a fast-paced restaurant in Jacksonville, NC. You will connect with customers, assist with orders, and help prepare World Famous McDonald’s foods as part of a supportive team.

Starting rate is $10/hour. Positions available part-time or full-time; training is provided through Archways to Opportunity programs to help you grow and gain life skills while you work.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Ability to connect with customers and help them order.
• Availability for breakfast, lunch, late nights, weekends.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers to ensure a positive experience
• Help customers order their favorite McDonald’s meals
• Prepare all of McDonald’s World Famous food
• Partner with other Crew and Managers to meet daily goals and have fun
• Keep the restaurant looking fantastic
