• Prior food service or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service: greet customers, take orders, resolve issues with a positive attitude.
• Food Preparation and Quality: prepare food to Wendy’s standards and follow safety procedures.
• Cash Handling and Register Operation: handle cash, process payments, provide receipts.
• Team Collaboration: work with team and supervisors, assist with inventory.
• Health and Safety Compliance: ensure hygiene and sanitation standards.
• Additional Duties: opening/closing duties and training participation.
