Popeyes is seeking enthusiastic, dependable, and hard-working Team Members to join our Popeyes family. As a Team Member, you will be at the heart of the restaurant, delivering excellent guest service, preparing signature menu items, and helping create a fun, positive atmosphere for guests and coworkers.

You will greet guests, take orders, operate the cash register, maintain cleanliness, stock supplies, and follow health and safety guidelines in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• No prior restaurant experience required; training provided.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong teamwork and guest-service mindset.
• Willingness to learn and grow with the team.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a smile and a positive attitude.
• Take guest orders accurately and operate the cash register.
• Prepare and cook Popeyes signature menu items according to brand standards.
• Ensure all food is fresh, properly presented, and delivered in a timely manner.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness, including dining areas, kitchen, restrooms, and exterior.
• Stock supplies and keep workstations organized and clean.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines at all times.
• Collaborate with team members and managers to meet daily operational goals.
• Assist with deliveries, inventory, and other back-of-house tasks as needed.
• Lift and carry items (up to 60 pounds occasionally) and stand for extended periods.
