As a Crew Member or Shift Leader, you will handle front-counter service, prepare subs, ensure food quality, and uphold sanitation and safety standards while working with friendly co-workers in a fast-paced setting. Training is provided.

Qualifications

• Providing customer service at the highest level possible throughout the restaurant
• Food preparation to Jersey Mike’s specifications and high-quality standards
• Use of slicer (18+ years) and tomato slicer (17+ years)
• Maintaining a clean store and workplace
• Following directions from Operations Partner in executing responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Provide food that meets Jersey Mike’s specifications and high-quality standards
• Provide service that is above and beyond for the customer
• Maintain a clean store and workplace
• Set up of the store, including food preparation
• Food safety and sanitation
• Usage of slicer (18 years old and above only)
• Usage of tomato slicer (17 years old and above only)
• Follow directives of Operations Partner in execution of responsibilities
