Job summary

Dunkin' - Franchisee Of Dunkin Donuts is seeking a Crew Member to deliver excellent guest service, prepare food and beverages to Brand standards, and support daily restaurant operations in a fast-paced setting.

You will greet guests, operate the POS, maintain cleanliness and food safety, and collaborate with management and teammates. Advancement opportunities exist for those who perform well and show leadership potential.

Responsibilities

• Greet and serve guests in a friendly, professional, and timely manner
• Prepare food and beverages in accordance with Dunkin' & franchise standards
• Accurately operate point-of-sale systems and handle cash transactions
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards at all times
• Support speed of service and order accuracy goals
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
• Assist with opening, closing, cleaning, and stocking duties as assigned and directed by a Manager or Management
• Work effectively as part of a team and support fellow employees during shifts
