White Castle in Wentzville, MO is seeking friendly, energetic team members to join our quick‑service crew. No experience is required—we’ll teach you everything you need to know while you learn on the job.

You’ll be part of a fast-paced, fun team that values customers and colleagues. You’ll handle customer service, operate the cash register and drive‑thru, help prepare meals, maintain cleanliness, and support fry/griddle stations.

Qualifications

• Must be friendly, outgoing and able to engage customers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Demonstrates teamwork and respect among colleagues.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
• Must be at least 16 years old at time of hire.

Responsibilities

• Customer service at the counter and drive-thru.
• Operate cash register and assist at the fryer/griddle as needed.
• Prepare orders and ensure accuracy.
• Maintain sanitation and safety standards in the kitchen and dining area.
