Job summary

The Crew Member at Little Caesars in Waynesburg, PA, will work as part of the restaurant team to ensure every product is prepared to the brand’s high standards and every customer is satisfied. You will rotate through stations, follow recipes, and support a clean, welcoming dining environment.

Scheduled hours may vary; applicants must be able to lift and stand for long periods and to perform essential job functions in a fast-paced setting. Health and safety guidelines are enforced by management.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Dependable and able to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous retail or customer contact experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serves customers according to the HOT-N-READY® Promise.
• Prepares high quality products following Little Caesars recipes, specifications and procedures as described in the CARDS materials and as shown on the station job helpers.
• Displays the proper image as outlined in the Little Caesars Orientation and Training Handbook and/or as directed by the management staff.
• Cleans and organizes work stations and other assigned areas to help maintain the standards for restaurant image as outlined in the Little Caesars Orientation and Training Handbook and/or as directed by the management staff.
