Responsibilities

• Greets guests with a smile, receives orders, processes payments and responds to issues.
• Operates cash register or POS devices and uses upselling techniques.
• Verifies accuracy of guests' orders.
• Prepares and packages food and drink products.
• Cleans kitchen, dining room, restrooms and exterior grounds.
• Maintains Health and Safety standards.
• Unloads and stocks inventory as needed.
• Works at multiple workstations (front counter, Drive-Thru, prep boards, expediter).
• Attends shifts regularly and follows grooming standards.
• Learns team effectiveness and communicates professionally with customers and colleagues.
