Ayvaz Pizza in Aztec, NM is hiring Team Members to support daily restaurant operations. You will greet guests, take orders, process payments, prepare and package food, and keep the dining area clean and welcoming.

You will work closely with Restaurant Managers and Team Members to uphold standards, deliver great food promptly, and ensure safety rules are followed. This role requires reliability, customer focus, and flexibility in shifts.

Qualifications

• Customer service oriented and able to interact with guests positively.
• Fast-paced, reliable, and able to work under pressure.
• Good written communication, basic math, and interpersonal skills.
• Must have valid permits/documents required by state law.
• Able to provide reliable transportation and maintain flexible hours.
• Minimum age 16; 18+ for opening/closing shifts.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests, takes orders, processes payments, and resolves issues.
• Operates cash register and uses suggestive selling to boost sales.
• Communicates positively with customers, peers, and managers.
• Verifies order accuracy and prepares/packs food and drinks.
• Cleans kitchen, counters, utensils, dining room, and restrooms.
• Maintains health and safety standards in work areas.
• Unloads and stocks inventory as needed.
• Performs duties at multiple workstations and adheres to shifts.
• Supports management to resolve restaurant issues.
• Learns teamwork skills and contributes to team goals.
