Responsibilities

• Greets guests with a smile, receives orders, processes payments and responds to customer issues.
• Operates cash register or POS, and uses suggestive selling to boost sales.
• Verifies the accuracy of guests' orders.
• Prepares and packages food and drinks.
• Cleans kitchen areas, counters, prep spaces and utensils.
• Maintains health and safety standards in work areas.
• Unloads and stocks inventory items as needed.
• Works at multiple stations (front counter, Drive-Thru, prep boards, etc.).
• Ensures prompt and regular attendance on shifts.
• Follows uniform and grooming standards and policies.
• Resolves issues that may arise in the restaurant.
• Learns team skills and collaborates to meet goals.
• Communicates professionally with customers, peers, and managers.
