Job summary

Little Caesars is seeking a Crew Member in Lower Burrell, PA to work with the restaurant team and ensure products meet quality standards while keeping customers satisfied.

The role requires 18+ age, dependability, and strong communication skills, with prior retail or customer-facing experience preferred. You’ll be part of maintaining service standards and contributing to a positive guest experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Dependable and able to handle pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to understand directions and instructions.
• Previous retail or customer contact preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serves customers according to the HOT-N-READY® Promise.
• Prepares high quality products consistently by following Little Caesars recipes, specifications and procedures.
• Displays the proper image as outlined in the Little Caesars Orientation and Training Handbook and/or as directed by the management staff.
• Cleans and organizes work stations and other assigned areas to help maintain the standards for restaurant image.
• Follows Little Caesars policies, procedures, and standards of conduct as outlined in the Little Caesars Orientation and Training Handbook and/or as directed by management.
