Job summary

Workstream is looking for a Team Member in Port Clinton, OH. As a Team Member at Arby’s, you will be responsible for taking orders, preparing food, and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area and kitchen. Candidates should have at least 6 months in QSR, a high school diploma or GED, and be flexible with hours. Qualifications

Job Description

As a Team Member, you would be responsible for taking customer orders, preparing food made to order, and cleaning the dining and kitchen stations. Depending on the shift, team members may need to carry out opening or closing duties. Physical Requirements

• Frequently lift and carry items up to 70 lbs.
• Stand for extended periods (up to an entire shift)
• Bend, stoop, reach, push, and pull regularly for operations, stocking, and equipment use
• Use ladders occasionally
• Work in varying environments including hot kitchen areas and walk‑in coolers/freezers
• Communicate clearly with employees, guests, vendors, and leadership teams
