Job summary

Jersey Mike's Subs is looking for Crew Members to join our team in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. You will prepare and serve high-quality subs, maintain cleanliness, and deliver friendly service to every guest.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 1 year of QSR experience preferred, and the ability to operate the slicer (18+). Serve Safe certification and reliable transportation are also expected.

Qualifications

• 1 year QSR experience preferred.
• Must be 18+ to operate the slicer.
• Serve Safe Certification - Food Handler.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Create food consistent with Jersey Mike's high quality standards.
• Maintain restaurant that is noticeably cleaner than others.
• Work in a fast paced team driven atmosphere.
• Interface with customers and provide an exceptional experience.
• Participate in all Jersey Mike's training programs and meet schedule requirements.
