Job summary

The Taco Bell Team Member position in Barnegat Township, NJ, is your entry point to our customers’ Taco Bell experience. You will greet guests, prepare food and beverages according to standards, and support teammates with a positive, energetic attitude.

Ideal candidates are at least 18, able to work late shifts, keep a clean appearance, and stay focused in a fast-paced setting. Franchisees set wage/benefits, but you’ll join a culture that values service, teamwork, and community involvement.

• Possess all documents and permits required by state & federal law.

The Taco Bell Team Member is the first and last face that customers see when they walk through the door and only because of YOU that our customers keeping returning to fulfill their cravings. You bring the great Taco Bell tastes to life by building delicious menu items according to standard. You enjoy people and providing friendly, accurate service to customers as well as your teammates and managers.
