SS2-Smoothie Sailing LLC, an independent franchisee of Smoothie King Franchises, Inc., is seeking crew members in Belton, TX to greet guests, take orders, and prepare smoothies in a fast-paced store.

Responsibilities include communicating with guests and team members, handling payments, and ensuring proper food safety and cleanliness. The role offers a flexible schedule and opportunities to learn the Smoothie King product line.

Experience Requirements

• 6 or more months Guest Service experience in a restaurant or retail environment

Essential Job Functions

• Ability to lead both by example and direction in a fast paced environment
• Ability to tolerate exposure to a wide variety of fresh, dried and/or frozen products and powdered substances, including, but not limited to, strawberries, bananas, peanuts, tree nuts (such as almonds), milk, soy, proteins, grains, and spices without posing a direct threat to personal health and safety
• Ability to follow procedures and willingness to comply with dress code requirements
• Ability to keep the store clean and follow food safety regulations
• Ability to operate a blender and POS cashier system
• Ability to move boxes, weighing up to 55 lbs throughout the store
• Ability to position self to bend, reach and scoop through assigned shifts
• Ability to be mobile in walk-in refrigerator and freezer with temperatures ranging from 40° F to -10° F
