Job summary

Panera Bread Kenwood is hiring Restaurant Team Members in Cincinnati to join a welcoming team focused on guest connection and community involvement. You will participate in a dynamic setting, cross-train across roles, and support daily operations with a smile and strong service standards.

Team Members are expected to handle multiple duties, learn different positions, and contribute to a culture of warmth, belonging, growth, and trust while delivering high-quality food and a safe dining

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work 15–40 hours a week.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet guests, delivering excellent customer service in every circumstance.

• Step in and support your manager and team.
• Learn different positions such as cashier, baking, drive-thru (at applicable locations), salad & sandwich makers, barista, dishwashing, and dining room cleanliness.

• Salad & sandwich makers assemble a wide range of items quickly, correctly and consistently.
