Job summary

The Wendy’s Company in Worcester, MA is seeking an energetic Crew Member to join our fast-paced team. You’ll help deliver great food and service while becoming part of the Wendy’s family from Day 1.

This entry-level role offers a pay range of $15.00–$18.00 per hour with flexible scheduling (full-time or a few hours). You’ll receive free meals during shifts, paid training, and benefits including PTO, healthcare options, and a 401(k) plan.
