Job summary

DC Burger Inc. is hiring friendly Crew Members to deliver fast, accurate service across front counter, kitchen, and dining areas.

You will help keep the dining room clean, support teammates during busy shifts, and learn all restaurant operations while working 10-29 hours per week at in-person locations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least sixteen (16) years old.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive, professional guest and team member interaction.
• Willingness to learn all restaurant operations across stations.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, take orders, and process payments.
• Prepare and package food and beverages per brand standards.
• Keep dining area, restrooms, and exterior clean and organized.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
• Unload and stock inventory as needed.
• Demonstrate punctuality and consistent attendance.
• Adhere to uniform, grooming, and appearance standards.

DC Burger is looking for enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team as Crew Members. In this role, you’ll be a key part of our restaurant operations—delivering fast, friendly, and accurate service while helping to create a clean, welcoming environment for our guests. As a Crew Member, you'll work across multiple stations, including front counter, kitchen, and dining area, to ensure every guest has a great experience from start to finish. You’ll also assist with cleaning, stocking, and supporting your teammates during busy shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a smile while taking orders and processing payments.
