Job summary

Wendy’s is hiring a Crew Member in Winter Haven, FL. You’ll join a welcoming team, learn our operations, and deliver great food and service. This role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and a positive attitude as you perform daily Restaurant tasks and support customers throughout shifts.

You’ll receive training, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for growth within the Wendy’s family as you help maintain fast, accurate service and a clean dining area for guests.

Pay Range: $15.00 - $16.00

You Must Be Willing And Able To

• Stand and move for most - if not all - of your shift
• Use restaurant equipment such as a headset, register or grill
• Follow brand standards and guidelines to prepare great food, serve our customers and maintain a clean restaurant that you’re proud to work in
