Jersey Mike’s West Jordan is seeking friendly Crew Members to join our team. You’ll help prepare fresh subs, deliver personalized service, and contribute to a welcoming dining experience for every guest.

We value reliability, teamwork, and a positive attitude. No prior experience is required, but customer service or food service background is a plus. Training is provided, and opportunities for advancement are available.

What You’ll Do

• Preparing fresh, high-quality subs and menu items according to Jersey Mike’s standards
• Providing friendly, personalized service and creating a welcoming experience for every customer
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting restaurant environment
• Following food safety, sanitation, and quality standards
• Learning all areas of restaurant operations, including food preparation, customer service, and teamwork
• Creating positive interactions with customers through genuine conversation and Jersey Mike’s signature “neighborly banter”
• Working with urgency while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
• Supporting your teammates and contributing to a positive restaurant culture

Previous restaurant, food service, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required. We’re looking for the right attitude and a willingness to learn!

Requirements

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Reliable attendance and transportation
• Ability to follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Must meet applicable age requirements for operating certain equipment, including slicer equipment, where required by state or local regulations
• Food safety certification may be required and will be provided through training if applicable
